By comparing the difference in permeability of the concrete before and after construction, a simple numerical performance verification test can be conducted on-site. Accurate measurements can be easily taken without the need for special equipment such as power supply devices or compressors. There are two types available: one for vertical surfaces and one for horizontal surfaces. Please use them according to the construction surface. [Development Background] Aiming for a simple non-destructive method for verifying the performance of silicate-based surface impregnation materials. Silicate-based surface impregnation materials have challenges such as being colorless and transparent, making performance and construction verification difficult; confirming alkalinity with pH test strips alone does not equate to performance verification; and wanting to avoid core drilling for permeability tests as it damages structures.
